From the front seat of a Ford Fiesta, to the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains, the 8 Tens @ 8 Short Play Festival takes you on a journey! With 16 plays, by playwrights from around the country, produced in two separate shows, helmed by 16 different directors, and featuring a crowd of talented actors, the Festival always has something for everyone. This year brings all the short-play goodness you'd expect, with a some new ways to take it all in.

To give even more people a chance to experience the longest running short play festival in the world, we've added Sunday evening shows to the line-up this year. So there are now two weekend options for doing a double header and seeing both shows on the same day. Or you can make a weekend of it, with matinee or evening shows on both Saturday and Sunday. You get a discount when you buy tickets for both Part 1 and Part 2 of the Festival.

We've also got a discount package this year that includes the Best of the Rest staged readings of the runners-up from the 2025 contest. Performed by an ensemble cast and directed by Rebecca Haley Clark and Cathy D. Warner, this "Part 3" of the Festival, which will run for two weekends from Feb 28 to March 9, gives you a chance to see more winning short plays in a different theatrical mode. Tickets can be added to your Part 1/Part 2 package for only $10.

Thursday shows continue to offer two-for-one tickets when you use the promo code 2for1 (no spaces). Thursday tickets need to be purchased separately and are not part of the package deals.
